Please be informed that 21, 22 and 23 September 2026 are national public holidays in Japan due to Respect for the Aged Day, Citizen’s Holiday and Autumnal Equinox Day.

As postal and fulfilment services will be closed or operating on a limited basis during this period, shipments from Japan cannot be dispatched between 21–23 September.

Normal shipping operations will resume from 24 September 2026.

Please note that a temporary backlog may occur following the holiday period. Orders will be processed and dispatched in the order they were received.

Under normal circumstances, orders are expected to be dispatched within 2–3 business days. However, due to the holiday period and the expected increase in pending shipments, dispatch times may temporarily extend to 4–5 business days.
